Travelicity Consulting was set up by Judith Heinrich in 2016 to offer professional consultancy services to Corporates, TMCs and Developers working within the travel related industry.  We provide the much needed link between these partners to find the right solutions for you.

Judith Heinrich has over 25 years of travel industry experience with an extensive range of global operational and system knowledge.

Our mission - to add value to your organisation by providing financial, time and resource savings through training, advice and system improvements.

Our passion - delivering results is at the heart what we do, striving for quality by applying processes and discipline towards optimising performance.

Our approach - our strong work ethic combines a hands on, proactive, methodical and analytical approach with a creative "can do attitude" that ensures we really do think outside the box.

Our experience - practical global operational experience from front-line to senior positions including: air fare audits, quality control, data management, business skills analysis, quality assurance, project management, product development & implementation and supplier negotiations.

Judith was instrumental in winning the GTMC Travelport Innovation Award in 2014 for The Appointment Group for their Global Desktop System and received the People Awards Outstanding Achievement in 2015.
